We believe AI should help everyone feel at home.
Equal Voice Lab is a London-based studio building bold, multilingual AI products. Our work begins with people on journeys — buyers, travellers, new employees, newcomers — and ends with tools that meet them in their own language and on their own terms.
Multilingual by design
We build AI that truly understands different languages, scripts, and cultures — not as an afterthought, but as the starting point.
Useful, not flashy
Editorial restraint. We ship products that solve real problems for real people, not demos that look good in a deck.
Human-centred
Every line of code answers to a person trying to do something difficult. We design with humility and care.
Built on 13+ years of Japan experience.
Equal Voice Lab Limited (Company No. 16600829) was founded in 2025 in London. Its founder previously built and ran Global EZshop — a Japan-sourcing business operating since 2011 — giving the team more than thirteen years of operational experience in cross-border commerce, Japanese supplier networks, and serving buyers across Asia, Europe, and North America.
That heritage powers our first live product, Michi, which connects global buyers with trusted local Japanese personal shoppers. Future projects extend the same idea: AI that bridges language, culture, and opportunity — for travellers, newcomers, and international professionals.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO reg. ZB959895) and headquartered at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
