Equal Voice Lab Limited (Company No. 16600829) was founded in 2025 in London. Its founder previously built and ran Global EZshop — a Japan-sourcing business operating from 2011 to 2023 — giving the team more than thirteen years of operational experience in cross-border commerce, Japanese supplier networks, and serving buyers across Asia, Europe, and North America.
That heritage powers our flagship product, Michi, which connects global buyers with trusted local Japanese personal shoppers. In September 2026 we extended Michi with two new services — International Shipping, which consolidates a buyer's Japanese purchases into a single lower-cost delivery, and Michi eShop, a curated storefront launching later that month. Alongside Michi, our manifestation and mindfulness companion Wish Upon Star is live on Google Play. Future projects extend the same idea: AI that bridges language, culture, and opportunity — for travellers, newcomers, and international professionals.
